Cabra, which translates to “Goat” in Spanish,

draws inspiration from Stephanie’s travels throughout Peru in Lima, Arequipa and Cusco - capturing some of the vast flavors and culture from her experiences abroad. From the vibrant and colorful textures of the restaurant décor (some of which she even purchased in the markets of Peru and brought back for her home!), to the bright airy atmosphere that captures sunshine even on the cloudiest day, to the youthful and kind spirit that is a reflection of the hospitable people of Peru— Cabra offers a lively dining experience and a vibrant escape.

Cabra’s menu pays homage to some of her favorite memories in Peru— such as the antichuchos, marinated meats freshly grilled over flames, which she experienced with Chef Mitsuharu Tsumura and the ceviches, an important nod to her time on the coast of Lima.

“One thing that really stuck with me from our trip to Peru was the combination of bright, light flavors like citrus paired with rich ingredients like cheese or mayo in unexpected ways; creating something truly tasty. I’m excited about a menu that celebrates Peruvian flavors. Hopefully when people visit Cabra, between the playful menu and fun rooftop atmosphere, they’ll feel like they’ve been transported to their own mini getaway!”
